Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as fourteen years old. Aspen Ladd was trained in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing, and wrestling prior to her first appearance as an amateur at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd continued to build on her triumph during Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She finished all of her competitors in the initial round. Aspen won her fight via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina with a ground-and-- - beat her to a TKO win in the second round. The next time she fought Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd was victorious in round one and was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes, in a UFC Fight Night dos anjos-lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was the first fight she's had in a major capacity. Ladd took home the fight of the night bonus, after both fighters had a fierce fight back and forth. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd in just 16 seconds which ended the streak of winning. The third time she fought on UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In her most recent fight with the UFC she took on Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 in a rematch fight. The fight ended in an unanimous decision.
